Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known as “Anna Polly” on OnlyFans, tragically died last week while filming a threesome with two other adult performers on a hotel balcony in Rio de Janeiro.
The 27-year-old was found dead in the ground-floor courtyard of the upscale Mont Blanc Apart Hotel.
Brazilian authorities are investigating the incident, as the two male performers involved are providing conflicting accounts of the events leading to her death.
While the men were released after questioning, the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit has not ruled out foul play.
Investigators are reviewing CCTV footage, examining Anna’s phone records, and interviewing hotel staff to piece together the events.
Anna’s boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who was not involved in the incident, expressed his devastation on social media and urged investigators to determine the truth.
An autopsy is pending to determine the cause of death.
