Twenty-two-year-old Dhana Warren of Elliot Street, May Pen in Clarendon has been charged with Malicious Communication following the circulation of a video on social media on Thursday, January 23.
Reports from the lawmen are that on the aforementioned date, a video was posted on Warren’s social media platform. The video incited violence, issued threats and was a disturbance to the public’s peace.
The police were notified and an investigation launched. Warren was identified as the owner of the social media account on which the video was posted and she was consequently taken into custody.
She was subsequently charged on Monday, January 27.
Her court date is being finalized.
