Jamaica Crime News, Hanover: The Green Island and Lucea police are presently searching for clues at a murder scene, where one youth was shot and killed at a section of the area known as Logwood on Thursday afternoon, April 3, 2018.
The investigators pointed out that they are unable to provide a name for the deceased at this time but they have confirmed that he is about 20 years old.
Reports by the police are that shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, the deceased was standing at a section of the Logwood main road when he was approached by two men traveling on a motorcycle.

It is further reported that the men brandished handguns and opened fire hitting the victim several times to his upper body. They then escaped on the motorcycle.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded man was transported to the Noel Holmes hospital where he was pronounced dead.
