The St James Police have arrested and charged a 32-year-old woman for her alleged involvement in lottery scamming activities.
Sash-lee Campbell, a resident of Cedar Street in Rhyne Park, St James, was apprehended during a raid conducted by the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) at her residence, which she shares with her 30-year-old spouse.
Reports indicate that during the operation, police discovered electronic devices containing phone numbers, addresses, and banking information of individuals living overseas.
Campbell, along with her spouse, was taken into custody. She was officially charged on Wednesday in the presence of her lawyer. Her spouse is expected to face charges over the weekend.
