Westmoreland, Jamaica (McN) – Police are investigating the shooting death of a woman, and two men shot and injured at their home in Westmoreland last night.
Police say two men were shot and injured and admitted to hospital in critical condition, while a woman is dead after being shot in the same shooting incident, in the Little London Housing Scheme,Westmoreland.
Dead is 31-year-old Tracy Humes.
Reports are that about 10:45 pm on Sunday, Humes and two male were at home, at a section of the scheme known as Maze More, when two men armed with handguns kicked open the front door and opened fire on all three occupants.
The Gunmen then escaped in the area on foot.
Residents in the area alerted the Little London Police.
Police rushed Humes and the two men to the Sav-La-Mar hospital, where she was pronounced dead, and the men admitted in critical condition.
