Westmoreland, Jamaica (McN) – A Westmoreland mechanic was shot and killed near a barber shop in Negril, earlier this morning.
Dead is 30-year-old Kerome Spencer, motorcycle mechanic of Whitehall, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 12:10 am on Sunday, Spencer was on his way home from a party when he received a cellphone call.
After the phone call, Spencer traveled to a place near a barber shop when gunshots were heard in the area.
The police were summoned, upon the arrival, Spencer’s bullet was found lifeless and filled with bullets to his body.
Police are investigating for motive for the attack.
