Westmoreland farmer’s decomposed body found in Llandilo bushes

Westmoreland, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Westmoreland farmer’s decomposed body found: the decomposing body of a Westmoreland farmer who went missing from his home on Friday morning was discovered with multiple stab wounds in bushes in Llandilo on Sunday afternoon, May 14.

He has been identified as James Miller, Farmer of 137 Darling Street in Sav la mar.

Reports are that about 2:30 pm on Sunday residents in Llandilo District smelt a foul stench coming from a section of the area and went to investigate.

Following a search of the bushes, they stumbled upon Miller’s partially decomposing body and alerted the police. Upon arrival, the victim was pronounced dead at the Sav la mar hospital and then removed to the morgue.

Residents in the area say the farmer was last seen in the area on Friday morning, May 12.

The Savlamar police are investigating.
