St. Andrew, Jamaica (McN) – A man who alluded the US justice system for 16 years after he came to Jamaica in hiding has been captured by the Jamaican police.
United States Citizen Keemit Hand, who is wanted by the US Justice System in Atlanta, Georgia for narcotics trafficking, was captured on Wednesday by members of C-TOC in St. Andrew.
It is reported that Hand fled to Jamaica 16 years ago to avoid the arm of the US criminal system,
Keemit Hand changed has lived in Jamaica under the name David Richards, after changing his identity.
