Extensive work is underway to improve infrastructure at the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre in Kingston and the St Catherine Adult Correctional Centre.
Commissioner of Corrections, Brigadier Radgh Mason, says upgrades are also being carried out at correctional centres for mentally challenged inmates.
