The police in St. Ann are asking for public assistance in identifying a man whose body was discovered with gunshot wounds in Bamboo district, St. Ann, on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that around 7:13 a.m., residents of Lilly Field in Bamboo stumbled upon the body lying in a yard and summoned the police.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered the unidentified male lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The scene was processed, and the body of the deceased, who is believed to be in his late twenties, was removed to the morgue for a post-mortem examination.
