St. James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Hanover Sisters Shot: One man was shot and killed by gunmen, and two sisters treated at the Cornwall Regional Hospital for gunshot injuries, following a shooting incident which occurred along Kent Avenue in Montego Bay, St. James on Tuesday morning.

The victim has  been identified as 27-year-old David Odane Grant of Princess Street in Montego Bay.

Reports are that  about 1:30 am on Tuesday, Grantwas among a group of persons playing music from a Mark X motor car which was parked along
Kent Avenue. As Grant walked towards the  drivers door, two men rode up on a motorcycle, and the pillion rider jumped off and brandished a
handgun. The gunman opened fire, hitting Grant and both sisters who are from McQuarrie Drive in Hopewell, Hanover.

The gunmen escaped on the motorcycle, while the police were alerted, and all three victims were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where Grant was pronounced dead and both sisters admitted in stable condition.
