Kingston, Jamaica – A deadly gun attack in Patrick City, St Andrew, on Thursday night has left two men dead and another wounded.
The deceased have been identified as 29-year-old Raheem Nelson, a taxi operator from Beaconsfield, Patrick City, and 34-year-old Kerith ‘Ship’ Donaldson, a business operator from a Kingston 20 address.
According to reports, the men were sitting along the roadway at the intersection of Conway Drive and Abberville Avenue when a lone gunman approached and opened fire. Chaos erupted as the victims were hit by a barrage of bullets.
They were rushed to the hospital, where Nelson and Donaldson were pronounced dead. The third victim is currently undergoing treatment, though his condition remains unknown.
Law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into the attack, but no motive has been established, and the gunman remains at large.
This latest incident adds to the growing concern over violent crime in the area. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as the investigation continues.
