A shopkeeper who resides in Wilson Run district in Trelawny was shot and killed by two gunmen at his shop in the community on Saturday night, October 20th.
The deceased has been identified as Carl Flowers otherwise called ” Congress”.
Reports by the Warsop police are that about 8:30 pm, on Saturday night, Flowers was at his business place, in the community when two men posing as customers, entered the establishment.
The men ordered an item, and while in the process of being served by Flowers, they brandished handguns, and opened fire hitting the shopkeeper multiple times to his upper body.
The gunmen then escaped in the area on foot, while residents in the area summoned the police.
Upon arrival of the lawmen, the wounded man was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
