Teen Stabbed to Death During Family Dispute in Comma Pen, St Elizabeth

St Elizabeth, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – An 18-year-old St Elizabeth farmer was fatally stabbed following a domestic dispute reportedly involving his 14-year-old brother at their family home in Comma Pen on Friday night, October 10.

The deceased has been identified as Raheem “Shota” Thompson, a farmer and resident of Comma Pen, St Elizabeth.

Reports are that about 10:00 p.m., Thompson and his younger brother got into a heated argument which quickly escalated into a physical altercation. A relative reportedly attempted to intervene and calm the situation.

Moments later, Thompson is said to have left the house and subsequently returned suffering from a stab wound to the chest.

He was rushed to the Mandeville Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The 14-year-old brother has since been taken into police custody as investigations continue.
