Montego Bay, Jamaica ( McKoy’s News) – Rosemount Man Murdered: As the murder toll continues to climb in the Parish of St James, another man was reportedly shot to death by gunmen in the community of Rosemount on Monday night.
He has been identified as Wade Mitchell, otherwise called “ Teelie” or “Assassin” also of Rosemount.
Reports by the Mount Salem police are that shortly after 9:00 pm on Monday, November 13,, Mitchell and some friends left their house at a section.of the Rosemount community, and decided that they were going to walk down the street to a nearby supermarket.
While walking to the Supermarket, they were ambushed by a group of armed men, who opened fire on them, hitting Mitchell on his upper body.
His other friends managed to escape unhurt and summoned the police. On their arrival, Mitchell was seen lying on the roadway in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
