Latest Jamaica News, St Elizabeth (McKoy’s News): A St Elizabeth teacher who was arrested and charged in connection with a number of sexual-related offences, relating to a number of female student at the school where teaches, was slapped with additional charges, and remanded into custody when he appeared before the St Elizabeth Parish Court on Tuesday, December 10.
The accused 24-year-old Lionel Tracy was charged last month for three counts of having sex with a person under the age of 16-years, when he appeared in court on November 25, while upon his appearance in court on Tuesday investigators told the court that he was being slapped with additional charges.
The presiding judge was informed by detectives attached to CISOCA that Tracy was fingered in several other similar sexual offences involving other minors at his school, so the judge remanded him into custody until January 27, 2020.
