St Catherine, Jamaica — A 20-year-old man from Portmore, St Catherine, has been charged with malicious communication after allegedly distributing a sexually explicit video of his former partner.
Eric Vaughn, a driver from Daytona, reportedly had an intimate relationship with the complainant in 2022. According to police reports, Vaughn allegedly recorded their sexual encounters without her consent.
Following the end of their relationship, the woman requested that Vaughn delete the video. However, on October 11, 2025, she discovered that the footage had been posted online to a Telegram group called “Leaked and Exposed X Rated 18+.”
Distressed by the incident, the woman reported it to the police, prompting an investigation. Vaughn reportedly allowed authorities to access his phone, where the video was allegedly found in his gallery.
He has since been formally charged, and a court date for his appearance is being finalized.
