ST ANDREW, Jamaica — Authorities in St Andrew North are actively searching for Kenroy Willis, also known as “Papa,” in connection with four separate murder investigations.
Police identified one of the cases as the fatal shooting of 49-year-old taxi operator Verne Ewan Joseph, which occurred along Essex Hall Main Road on October 26, 2024. Investigators say Willis is considered a person of interest in the remaining three homicide cases as well.
Law enforcement officials are urging Willis to voluntarily report to the nearest police station. He may be accompanied by an attorney, pastor, justice of the peace, or family member when presenting himself.
Members of the public with information that could assist the investigations are asked to contact the Constant Spring Police Criminal Investigation Branch, call Crime Stop at 311, or visit their local police station.
Authorities continue to appeal for community cooperation as the investigations proceed.
