Spanish Town Taxi Driver Charged: A Spanish Town taxi operator has been charged with the murder of a security guard, whose decomposed body was discovered in a shallow grave in Meadowrest, Spanish Town, on Wednesday, May 8.
The accused, 35-year-old Paul Drummond, also known as ‘Chris’ and residing in Frazer Content in the parish, faces charges of Murder, Misprision of a Felony, and Unlawful Burial in connection with the death of 33-year-old Kevon Anderson, a security guard from Rosewood Drive in Spanish Town.
Reports indicate that Anderson, who had been reported missing for several days, was eventually found in the shallow grave.
Following investigations by the police, it was determined that Anderson had been killed elsewhere by a group of men before being transported to the burial site, allegedly by Drummond.
Drummond was taken into custody on Monday, May 20, and subsequently charged.
