Six-Year-Old Drowns in Water-Filled Hole in St Andrew

A six-year-old boy tragically drowned on Sunday morning in Bayshore Park, St. Andrew, after falling into a water-filled hole in the Hope River.

According to reports, around 9:45 a.m., the child the child fell into a hole filled with water. Despite attempts to rescue him, he drowned before help could arrive.

He was later pronounced dead at Kingston Public Hospital. The police are conducting an investigation, while support services are being provided to those affected.
