An 18-year-old welder from Mount Salem District, St. James, has been arrested and charged with possession of identity information.
The individual, identified as Lyon Burrell, was found in possession of personal details—including names, contact numbers, banking information, and addresses—of individuals residing overseas, which he could not adequately account for.
The arrest occurred on February 14, 2025, at approximately 3:52 PM, during a targeted operation by law enforcement officers in the Leeds area of Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth.
