Jamaica Senior Reggae Boys opened their international football campaign for 2017 on a losing note.
This after they suffered a one nil loss to Concacaf giants United States on February 2, in a friendly international in Chattanooga Tennessee.
The Reggae Boys had a less than ideal first half with inaccurate passing and regularly losing possession, but both teams headed into the dressing room locked at nill.
However, the deadlock was broken in the 59th minute when Jordan Morris fired a ferocious shot past substitute goal keeper Ryan Thompson to hand the USA the vital goal of the game.
The match against the United States is one of two friendly international games for the Reggae Boys in the month of February, as they will now turn their focus on the clash against Honduras on February 16 in Houston, Texas.
