United States Court, (Mckoy’s News) – Meek Mill Denied Bail: Meek Mill’s lawyer are fighting to get him out of jail, but he was dealt another blow on Monday when Judge Brinkley denied his request for bail on grounds that he is a danger to the community. .
Lawyers for the hip hop rapper filed appeals to have him freed on bail and also requested that Judge Genece Brinkley recuse herself from the case.
Judge Brinkley did not release the Meek Mill on grounds that she thinks is a danger to the community and a flight risk. Attorney’s for Meek say that Judge Brinkley’s decision to deny him bail, is evidence of her long pattern of unfair treatment towards him.
Meek was sentenced to two to four years imprisonment in November 2017, after he violated his 2008 probation for gun and drugs charges.
