KINGSTON, Jamaica — A 44-year-old production designer has been charged with assault following an altercation with a woman in Potters Row, Kingston, on Sunday night.
The accused, Damion Brown, allegedly punched the woman in her mouth during the dispute, leaving her with bruises and swelling.
The incident reportedly occurred around 10:30 p.m. and was subsequently reported to the police.
Brown was arrested and charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.
A court date is currently being finalised.
