Portland Police Release Composite Sketches of Swift River Shooting Suspects

PORTLAND, Jamaica — Authorities in Portland have issued composite sketches of two men wanted in connection with a shooting in Mount Hermon, Swift River, on Wednesday, February 4.

Reports say that around 3:00 p.m., a man walking along the roadway was targeted when a grey Suzuki Swift stopped nearby. A passenger reportedly exited the car and opened fire, striking the pedestrian before fleeing the scene.

Police acted quickly, using witness descriptions to create composite sketches of the suspects. The men are now being urged to surrender immediately at the Port Antonio Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) or any nearby police station.

Members of the public with information are asked to contact the Port Antonio CIB at 876-715-0013, Crime Stop at 311, the police emergency number 119, or their nearest station. Police emphasize that tips could be crucial in bringing the suspects to justice.
