Popular Graphic Artist Killed: A popular graphic artist tragically lost his life due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident along the Winston Jones Highway in the parish on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as 47-year-old Carl Gayle, a Graphic Artist from the New Green district, also in Manchester.
Reports indicate that around 3:30 AM, Gayle and a female companion were traveling in his Nissan AD Wagon motor car from a party held in Banana Ground, Belfield, when they collided with a tractor-trailer traveling in front of them.
Both Gayle and the female sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital, where Gayle was pronounced dead. The female was treated and admitted in serious but stable condition.
