The Savanna-La-Mar community is on high alert following the disappearance of 32-year-old Larique Kerr and her 6-month-old son, Xander Smithson. The mother and child, who reside on Meylers Avenue, have been missing since Saturday, June 22.
According to reports from the Savanna-La-Mar Police, Kerr was last seen around midday at their home. She was wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt and a blue jeans skirt. Details about Xander’s attire at the time remain unknown. Since their disappearance, there has been no communication from Kerr, raising concerns among family, friends, and authorities.
Kerr is described as having a dark complexion, a slim build, and standing approximately 172 centimeters (5 feet 8 inches) tall. Xander also has a dark complexion and is described as being of medium build.
The police are urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Larique Kerr and Xander Smithson to come forward. Individuals can contact the Savanna-La-Mar Police Station at 876-955-2536, the 119 Police Emergency number, or the nearest police station.
Local authorities continue to investigate and are appealing to the public for any assistance that could help locate Kerr and her son safely.
