An investigation is underway after skeletal remains were uncovered at a location on Adastar Road in the Rockfort community of Kingston on Wednesday.
According to police reports, the discovery was made shortly after 11:40 a.m., prompting an alert to authorities. Law enforcement officers were dispatched to the scene soon after the report was received.
Upon arrival, the police secured the area and conducted preliminary checks. The remains were later collected and transported to the morgue, where further examination will be carried out to determine identity and other relevant details.
The matter remains under active investigation by the police.
