GALINA, St Mary — Police in St Mary have launched an investigation into the suspected suicide of a 36-year-old salesman from Galina, whose body was discovered at his home on Thursday morning.
According to reports, the man, whose identity has not yet been released, was last seen by relatives entering his room around 9:20 pm on Wednesday.
On Thursday morning, a family member knocked on his door and, after receiving no response, entered the room to find him hanging from the ceiling.
Authorities from the Port Maria police station were summoned to the scene, where they processed the area as part of their ongoing investigation.
No further details have been disclosed as the police continue their probe into the incident.
