St Catherine, Jamaica — Police have launched an investigation into a serious vehicular crash that occurred earlier today along the Mandela Highway, in the vicinity of Hydel High School in St Catherine.
Reports reaching McKoy’s News are that a public passenger bus overturned while travelling on the busy thoroughfare.
The bus, which reportedly plies the Spanish Town to downtown Kingston route, had several commuters on board at the time of the incident.
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched, and multiple injured passengers have since been transported to the Spanish Town Hospital for treatment.
