St. James: Norwood Gunshot Victim Succumbed to His Injuries

St. James, Jamaica (McN) – Norwood Gunshot Victim: A 21 years old man who was shot and injured by gunmen in Norwood, St James on Friday night, April 7,  succumb to his injuries at the Cornwall Regional Hospital on Sunday.

He has been identified as Allen Spence, laborer of Goat Lane in Wareicka Hills Hendon in Norwood.

Reports by the Montego Hills police are that about 8:00 pm on Friday night, Spence was standing outside his gate when he was ambushed by two armed men who shot him several times.

Spence was assisted to the Cornwall Regional Hospital by a passing motorists, where he was admitted in serious condition.

The victim succumbed to gunshot wounds on Sunday morning.
