Kingston, Jamaica (McN) – NCB Customers Can Now Bank Online: National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) has upgraded how it offers banking services to its customers.

The NCB’s Bank has introduced its “On the Go” service to customers. This comes as a breath of fresh air to Jamaica’s banking community, where the banks are usually over crowed with customers seeking solution from deposit and transfer, to account inquiry, and bill pay.

Nadeen Matthews, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for NCB was involved in providing this online banking alternative to the NCB customers. She said NCB realizes the high demand for a solution that can help customers avoid long lines in the banks, and enhance the customer experience.

With the new online banking solution NCB customers can now access their account(s) online.

NCB Customers Can Now Bank Online

As per Nadine Matthews, the system has been tested and NCB customers can now bank online.

Existing customers of National Commercial Bank can now open accounts online, and perform transactions without traveling to the bank. For customers whose banking documents are verified and up to date at the bank, the process will be as easy as clicking on the “Open An Account” tab from any smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer, anywhere, anytime.

New customers will still have the option of using the online system to open an account under the “Open An Account” tab, however they will still need to visit the bank and present their required documents for verification to complete the account opening process.

Customers who apply for a new bank account online will significantly reduce the time they spend in the bank to complete the process, therefore reducing the wait time for other customers – thinning the long lines, and allowing for a more convenient in-bank experience.
