Westmoreland, Jamaica: Naked Woman Found Dead – The Negril police in the parish of Westmoreland are awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose naked body was found in a decomposing state at her home in Negril on Friday morning.
She has been identified as 33-year-old Isha McKenzie of Groveland district in Negril, Westmoreland.
Reports indicate that McKenzie, who lived alone in a one-bedroom board dwelling house, was last seen alive on Monday, June 17, shortly after 11:00 am.
It is also reported that she complained to relatives that she was not feeling well the last day she was seen alive.
Around 9:30 am on Friday, residents living in Groveland smelled a foul odor coming from McKenzie’s house and went to investigate.
Checks were made, and McKenzie’s naked and partially decomposing body was discovered lying on her bed inside the house.
The police were summoned, and upon arrival, the scene was processed, and the body was removed to the morgue for a post-mortem examination.
