Westmoreland, Jamaica — A motorcyclist lost his life on Sunday morning following a collision with a car along the main road in Mango Hall, Westmoreland.
The deceased has been identified as 47-year-old Ricardo Bell, a resident of Old Hope Road district in Little London, Westmoreland.
According to reports, the accident occurred around 9:15 a.m. Bell was riding his motorcycle along the roadway when he collided with a Toyota Fielder motor car at an intersection.
He was rushed to the Savanna-la-Mar Hospital by residents but later succumbed to his injuries.
The Little London police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. No further details have been released at this time.
Motorists are being reminded to exercise caution on the nation’s roads as investigations continue.
