Montego Bay, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – Mobay Trio Before Court for Lotto Scam:  Three St. James men, who were arrested for allegedly participating in lotto scamming activities that victimized American citizens, made a brief appearance before the St. James Parish Court this morning.

They are Oshane Thomas, Remar Thomas and Theophilus Dwyer, all of Lilliput, St. James. They have been charged with possession of identification information.

Due to the incompleteness of the case file, a further mention date was set for October 17 and the men’s bails were extended.

Court files state that sometime in 2014, the Lottery Scam Task Force carried out a raid at premises where the trio resides and found documents containing identity information similar to those used by lottery scammers.

Based on the findings, the trio was taken into police custody and subsequently charged. Hence they were arrested and charged.
