Detectives attached to the Black River police department, in St. Elizabeth, are now carrying out searches for a man, who reportedly stabbed another man to death, at a bar in Mountain Side district, in St. Elizabeth, on Thursday, April 11.
The deceased has been identified as, 28-year-old, Mickhail Blake, also of Mountain Side district.
Reports by the Black River police are that, shortly after 7:15 p.m., on Thursday, Blake was among a group of patrons at a bar in his community, when an argument developed between him and another man.
The man brandished a knife, which he used to stab Blake multiple times to his upper body, and then fled the scene.
The police were summoned, and upon their arrival, the wounded man was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
