Mandeville Tax Office worker shot dead, Police questioning boyfriend

Mandeville, Manchester ( Mckoy’s News) – The Manchester police are now questioning the boyfriend of a Mandeville Tax Office worker in connection with her early morning murder, Wednesday May 3.

Curious onlookers at the Mandeville Regional Hospital where Keneisha Mckenzie-Gayle was pronounced dead.

Mckenzie-Gayle was allegedly shot dead by her boyfriend who is an ex soldier of the Jamaica Defence Force.

The details surrounding the incident are not immediately clear.

Police say the shooting murder happened at the couple’s home in New Green, about five killometres outside of Mandeville. The victim was found in her car.

The incident has shocked the staff of the Mandeville Collectorate.

Director of communications at Tax Administration Jamaica, Meris Haughton says the Mandeville Tax Office is closed for the day as staff receive grief counselling.
