MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A man was shot and killed at a recording studio in Harmons district, near Porus, Manchester, on Thursday night.
The deceased has been identified as Garnet Morant, a construction worker from Harmons district.
According to police reports, around 9:15 pm, Morant was at the recording studio when loud explosions were heard. The police were summoned, and upon arrival, they found Morant suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Manchester police are investigating.
