A man was stabbed to death near a bakery early Monday morning in Port Antonio, Portland.
Police sources report that the fatal incident occurred shortly before 6 a.m. on the bakery’s grounds, where an argument between two men, both from the community of Janga Gully, escalated violently.
During the confrontation, one of the men allegedly used a baker’s knife to attack the other, stabbing him in the neck from behind. Despite being rushed to Port Antonio Hospital, the victim was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The suspect fled the scene and is currently being pursued by law enforcement. The motive for the attack remains under investigation.
