A businessman was shot and injured during an attempted robbery at Oakland Apartments on Constant Spring Road in Kingston on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, at around 8:45 am, men in a Toyota Probox vehicle entered the apartment complex. Allegedly, one of them disembarked and entered the building where the injured man resides. Soon after, gunshots rang out.
Law enforcement swiftly responded to the scene and are currently investigating.
The injured businessman has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
