Kingston, Jamaica: A man was shot and killed outside his home along Barbican Road in Kingston on Wednesday.
He has been identified as 23-year-old Tushawn Walker, also known as ‘TJ,’ of Barbican Road in Kingston 7.
Reports by the Matilda’s Corner police indicate that around 3:20 p.m., Walker was standing outside his gate on Barbican Road when a man approached him and brandished a handgun.
The man opened fire, hitting Walker multiple times before escaping on foot into the community.
The police were summoned and, upon arrival, found Walker lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
