ST ANDREW, Jamaican — A man was shot and killed at his shop in Coopers Hill, St Andrew, during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as 31-year-old Lamar Lindo.
Reports from the police are that about 1:25 a.m., Lindo was at his shop when he was attacked by unknown assailants who opened gunfire, hitting him multiple times.
The police were alerted and upon their arrival, Lindo was assisted to the Kingston Public Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives from the Constant Spring Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating the incident.
