Man Killed After Attacking Female

Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Man Killed After Attacking Female: A man was shot and killed by a licensed firearm holder after he was allegedly attacking a female with a machete on Friday night in Papine, Kingston.

According to eyewitness reports around 8:00 pm a woman was approached by a man with a machete in Papine square where she was standing when he proceeded to chop her several times.

A licensed firearm holder upon taking note of the incident intervened. Another person who saw the incident noted that ”if it weren’t for the man with the gun, the man would have killed her.”

The man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead before he was able to undergo treatment. As for the woman who was chopped several times, she has been admitted to the hospital where she is being treated for her injuries.
