A man was shot and killed at his home in St Ann on Tuesday night, prompting an investigation by the Ocho Rios Criminal Investigations Branch.
He has been identified as 23-year-old street vendor Barrington Watson, otherwise called ‘Baffu’, of Buckfield in Ocho Rios.
Reports indicate that around 10:30 p.m., Watson was at home when he was attacked and shot by an unknown assailant. He was taken to the St Ann’s Bay Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not yet established a motive for the killing.
