ST ANDREW, Jamaica – Police have charged 38-year-old Imanie Niah Lydner in connection with the brutal murder of 14-year-old Price Johnson, a student of Palm Grove, Spanish Town Road.
Lydner, an unemployed resident of Crescent Road, Kingston 13, has been formally charged with murder, housebreaking, and wounding with intent following the tragic incident that occurred on Thursday, February 6.
According to police reports, Johnson was assaulted and killed after an intruder broke into her home. The wounding charge relates to Lydner’s alleged attack on a male individual who attempted to intervene. The man was reportedly struck in the head by Lydner as he tried to escape.
