Man Charged for Housebreaking and Sexual Assault in Ewarton, St Catherine

St Catherine, Jamaica – The Ewarton police have charged 34-year-old Julian Maylor of Mount Rosser with housebreaking with intent and indecent assault after an incident in which he allegedly broke into a woman’s home and sexually assaulted her.

The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18. According to police reports, Maylor gained access to the woman’s home by removing a window, entering the residence, and undressing before allegedly assaulting the victim.

Following the report, an investigation was launched, leading to Maylor’s arrest on Wednesday, October 2. His court date is currently being finalized.
