Man Beaten and Thrown into Water Tank in Clarendon
Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: The May Pen Police in the parish of Clarendon are now carrying out investigation surrounding the death of a man whose body was fished from a water tank in his yard in Sunday morning, June 24, 2018.
The deceased has been identified as, Horacio Williams, otherwise called “Ratio or Sambo” 41-year-old farmer of Cow Pond District also in Clarendon.
Reports by the May Pen police are that about 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, unknown assailants gained access to William’s home and beat him. He was then dragged outside the house and thrown into a concrete water tank which is in his yard.
Residents in the area stumbled upon the body and summoned the police. Upon arrival, Williams was fished from the tank and he was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
