As a Jamaican National living on the island for over 27 years, Danny Galani and his family chose to open operations in Jamaica as a way of giving back to the community that has served them for so many years. “We wanted to give Jamaican locals something different to look forward to, so we provide a variety of wonderful dishes to choose from including our Indian Tandoor style cooking method traditional from northern India which is used to prepare marinated meats over a charcoal fire. Tandoor is a clay oven that easily heats up to over 600 degrees and aids in cooking the food to perfection.”
“We are inviting everyone to come to a visit us as we would be honored to have the opportunity to serve you.” Remarked Mark, Manager at Mainland China restaurant.
