Dancehall artiste Laden has been sent to prison for four years, following conviction on a gun possession charge.
The entertainer was sentenced in the St Elizabeth Circuit Court a short time ago, following character evidence made on his behalf.
He was arrested and charged for illegal possession of firearm and ammunition when police said he threw a gun from a Mercedes Benz motor car he was driving.
