Kanye West is facing new allegations of sexual assault and drugging, as part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. The claims, outlined in court documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, allege that West assaulted Pisciotta at a party co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs at a Santa Monica music studio.
Pisciotta, who worked for West between 2021 and 2022, asserts that the incident occurred several years before her employment. She alleges that at the party, West told attendees they had to drink or leave. After taking a few sips, Pisciotta claims she felt disoriented and entered a highly impaired state. She has no recollection of the events that followed but felt “ashamed and embarrassed” the next day.
The lawsuit also claims that Pisciotta’s musician client, who attended the gathering, was “too traumatised” to discuss the night. Pisciotta suspects she was drugged, though she believes a studio assistant or another individual might have been responsible for preparing the drinks.
According to a report by the New York Post, the incident came to light after West allegedly admitted to a brief sexual encounter with Pisciotta while discussing complaints from his ex-wife, who accused him of cheating with Pisciotta. West allegedly recounted details of that night, laughing off Pisciotta’s lack of memory by saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
These allegations are part of a broader wrongful termination and sexual harassment suit Pisciotta filed against West. The initial lawsuit, filed earlier this year, accuses West of sending inappropriate messages, explicit photos, and videos, as well as an incident where West allegedly locked himself in a room with Pisciotta and masturbated beside her.
Pisciotta further claims that West promised her millions in severance when he terminated her in October 2022, but she has not received the money. West’s legal team previously called the claims “baseless,” accusing Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail the rapper. West’s representatives have yet to comment on these latest allegations.
